Flaxseed is very inexpensive and can be found at any Whole Foods, Trader Joe's or other "healthy" supermarket chains. I just ordered a big bag of it (go for the dark ones, they have more nutrients in them than the "golden" variety) at Vitacost.com for about $2.50, so I can't wait to try this at home!

Mm, Mucilage!
Sorry folks, I got caught up at work today and didn't have time for a full post, so here's a video I recently found on YouTube regarding natural flax seed gel/detangler - just boil and drain for a natural, low-cost alternative to all the yucky stuff you find in the stores!
